Return Policy

 

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from CrossRoads MarketPlace, as many customers have for more than 20 years.  We have separate policies for thrift and fair trade gift purchases.

 

Thrift Purchases: All purchases are “as is” and are final.  The pricing volunteers make every effort to ensure that merchandise is in working order and not torn or stained.  All questions about the price or condition of an item should be made to the store manager or pricing volunteer prior to purchase.  Clerk volunteers are not authorized to change or reduce prices.   No returns are accepted.

 

Fair Trade Gift Purchases: If an item does not meet your expectations, return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. All goods must be returned in their original state.   A copy of the sales receipt and/or the original product tag must accompany the return.  If an exchange product is not in stock we would be glad to special order from our fair trade retail distributors.  Retail distributor products can be viewed online.

 

Gift Certificate

 

Purchase a CrossRoads MarketPlace gift certificate that is redeemable for thrift and/or fair trade gift items at our store location.

 

CrossRoads MarketPlace also participates in the Ten Thousand Villages electronic gift certificate program.  Purchase a gift card of $1  -  $1,000 that is redeemable at participating Ten Thousand Villages locations throughout the country.
